-Want different style in your fish? Try this one! Easy and very fun to do!-

Ingredients:
fish fillet (any kind will do)
half amount of tausi (salted black beans)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (you can also use hoisin sauce)
1/2 cup chopped celery (you can also use parsley)
1 onion leeks sliced
1 egg
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup of water

Let's cook!
1. Beat egg then dip fish into beaten egg
2. Coat fish with cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
3. In a pan, pour some cooking/vegetable oil
4. Saute onion
5. Add tausi, oyster/hoisin sauce, onion leeks and celery/parsley
6. Mix a little then add 1 cup of water and boil
7. Once it boiled, add the fried fish fillet
8. Mix a little to absorb the sauce
9. Set to low fire to thicken the sauce
10. Add some salt and pepper to taste (I only use pepper and brown sugar)
11. Serve while hot! Bon appetit! =D
