-Shrimp lover? Then you will love this new twist of shrimp recipe!-

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo shrimps
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 cup butter (salted or unsalted)
1-1/2 cup soda
1/4 cup celery (parsley)
salt and pepper to taste

Let's start Cooking!

1. In a bowl with shrimp, add the soda and let soak for 10 mins. Set aside
2. Heat the pan and melt the butter
3. Saute garlic into the melted butter until brown
4. Add the soda shrimp mixture
5. Boil until sauce thickens and shrimp absorbs the sauce
6. Add celery, salt and pepper to taste
7. Serve. Bon appetit! =D

-Tired of the usual adobo? Then you should spice up your life with a new twist of native adobo!-

Ingredients:
Chicken cubes (you can also use pork)
1 clove garlic
1 laurel leaf
3 red sili (optional)
3 tsp. soy sauce
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. oyster sauce
3 tsp. coconut milk powder diluted in 1/4 cup water
brown sugar to taste

Let's start Cooking!
1. Mince garlic
2. Into bowl, put the chicken cubes together with minced garlic, laurel leaf, red sili (optional) soy sauce and vinegar
3. Marinate for about 20-30 mins.
4. Bring to boil then add water and wait until vinegar is cooked already
  *how do we know if it is cooked already? It's not sour to smell*
5. If the chicken is tender enough, heat a separate pan and fry the chicken and garlic
6. After frying, return it to the marinated sauce
7. Bring to boil and add the oyster sauce
8. Mix gently then add the diluted coconut milk
9. Boil until the sauce thickens
10. Add brown sugar to taste
11. Serve while hot! Bon appetit! =D

Chicken Adobo with Coconut Milk
-Want different style in your fish? Try this one! Easy and very fun to do!-

Ingredients:
fish fillet (any kind will do)
half amount of tausi (salted black beans)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (you can also use hoisin sauce)
1/2 cup chopped celery (you can also use parsley)
1 onion leeks sliced
1 egg
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup of water

Let's cook!
1. Beat egg then dip fish into beaten egg
2. Coat fish with cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
3. In a pan, pour some cooking/vegetable oil
4. Saute onion
5. Add tausi, oyster/hoisin sauce, onion leeks and celery/parsley
6. Mix a little then add 1 cup of water and boil
7. Once it boiled, add the fried fish fillet
8. Mix a little to absorb the sauce
9. Set to low fire to thicken the sauce
10. Add some salt and pepper to taste (I only use pepper and brown sugar)
11. Serve while hot! Bon appetit! =D
