-Another unique way of cooking chicken adobo? Then here's what you are looking for! Hot and spicy with a sweetness inside and out! Try it!-

Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken
4 pcs. chili (siling labuyo)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. pepper
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Let's start Cooking!
1.Mix half of the salt, pepper, chili and garlic into bowl
2. Marinate the chicken for two hrs. or overnight
3. In a pan, bring water, vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, bay leaf and brown sugar to a simmer
4. Allow vinegar to evaporate
5. Season with remaining salt and pepper
6. In another pan, heat oil then brown garlic and chicken
7. Scoop out the pieces as they brown and drop into simmering sauce
8. Lower heat and add the remaining chili
9. Cover and cook until chicken is tender
10. Serve while hot! Bon appetit! =D

Chilicious adobo
-Feel the different taste of chicken when you add some guisantes on your ingredients!-

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 clove garlic (minced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 can cooked Guisantes
3 tbsp. fish sauce
1 cup of water
3 tsp. cornstarch diluted in 1/4 cup water

Let's start Cooking!
1. Pour oil into pan and saute garlic, onion and red bell pepper
2. Add the fish sauce and mix
3. Add the chicken
4. Add cup of water
5. Bring to boil until chicken is tender
6. Add cornstarch
7. Mix gently until sauce thickens
8. Add guisantes and mix well
9. Ready to serve! Bon appetit! =D

Although we're not purely Chinese, we love and we're fund of eating chinese foods and we love celebrating what they celebrate during Chinese new year. Especially eating some tikoy! Coated with beaten egg and dip fry into butter will do the work! And also topped it with cheese will celebrate the prosperity of the year!

I'm really a chocoholic that's why I'm always blending chocolate with other foods especially breads. Topped with a creamy cheese that will blend the nutty flavor of my chocolate. Don't forget the combination of cold cup of coffee! Enjoy! =D

Nutty choco-cheddar bread
-have this saucy beef with a blend of refreshing broccoli!-

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo beef tenderloin (cut into strips)
1 broccoli
1/2 clove garlic (minced)

(for marinating beef)
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice wine or red wine
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. pepper

(for the sauce)
4 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. rice wine or red wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 beef cube dissolved in 1/4 cup water

Let's start Cooking!
1. Marinate first the beef strips overnight
2. Heat pan and pour some cooking oil
3. Fry beef strips and wait until tender
4. In a separate pan, boil half amount of water
5. Put chopped broccoli into boiling water and cook for 1 minute
6. Transfer into a separate bowl filled with cold water (then strain it later)
7. Mix now all the ingredients for the sauce
8. Put the sauce into beef and mix
9. Season with salt and add the broccoli
10. Serve! Bon appetit! =D

-an all in one lunch that will ease your cold days!-

Ingredients:
3/4 kilo pork (leg part)
2 pcs. Japanese corn (cut into 4 parts)
2 pcs. eggplant (cut into squares)
1 whole cabbage (cut into 2 parts)
5 pcs. saging na saba or cardava bananas (cut into squares)
1 pc. gabi or taro (cut into squares)
10 pcs. string beans (bundled into 3)
1 onion (slice)

Let's start Cooking!
1. Into casserole, pour half amount of water then add the pork and onion. Bring to boil.
2. Add the corn
3. When the pork and corn is tender enough, add the gabi/taro, eggplant, bananas and string beans.
4. When all vegetables are tender enough, remove all of it and put into a separate serving plate.
5. Season with salt and MSG (optional) to taste. Add the cabbage. Boil for a while.
6. Remove the corn and cabbage. Put into other vegetables.
7. Serve while hot. Bon appetit! =D
